Forgotten Sculptors

Posted August 2nd, 2007 by Tim Machin

A couple of site suggestions, which although at this stage don’t have enough material to warrant inclusion in the Intute database, are quite interesting – John Warren Davis and Trevor Bates. Both seem to have been fairly accomplished sculptors in and around the 60s and 70s, in the mould of Lynn Chadwick. Both are now somewhat forgotten – which of today’s contemporary artists will be remembered, and which won’t?
