Also accessible are a small number of Phd. dissertations. Materials date from 2001 onwards. A wide range of topics are covered including: conflict resolution, humanitarian Assistance, environmental Studies, international business, international finance and trade, and international security. Users may search the database by keyword or sign up to receive updates when new material is added. Dissertations are in PDF format.

Active Learning in International Affairs (ALIAS) is a specialist sub-section of the International Studies Association which seeks to promote active learning strategies in the teaching of international relations. Its website provides information on the aims, membership and ongoing activities of the group. It includes useful discussion forums, links to teaching tips and resources available via the Internet and access to CaseNet. CaseNet is a specialist teaching resource developed by the Pew Faculty Fellowship in International Affairs, a program of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and the Pew Charitable Trusts. It contains materials for teachers interested in using the case method in teaching.

The ARROW project is led by a consortium of several key Australian universities: Monash University (lead institution), National Library of Australia, the University of New South Wales, and Swinburne University of Technology.
