The Complexity and Management Centre was set up in 1995 and is situated in the Business School, University of Hertfordshire. CMC has an interdisciplinary focus, drawing on work in the natural sciences (evolutionary theory), social sciences (social constructionism)and psychology, and management. CMC members research complexity in organizations, bringing together theory and practice. The centre runs postgraduate courses and publishes working papers - these are listed on the site.
