It is an excellent resource guide for internet souces reflecting a cognitive approach to emotion. There are multidisciplinary sections which cover psychological, neuroscience and artificial intelligence approaches to the subject, each with theoretical summaries and a bibliography. Conferences, course syllabi, journals and books are listed together with discussion forum and mailing list information.

Emotions in Organizations Network (EMONET)

Emotions in Organizations Network began in 1997 during the 1996 Academy of Management meeting. Those conference papers became contributions to the edited volume "Emotions in the Workplace". There is now a series, already into its third published volume. EMONET is a restricted email list that facilitates "scholarly discussion of all matters relating to the study of emotion in organizational settings". Realities is an ESRC project which follows the Real Life Methods programme. Begun in October 2008 and based at University of Manchester. Realities aims to develop methods and approaches to capture “the dynamics in the way that personal relationships and relationalities are lived”. There is online access to working papers. They are in pdf format and require Adobe Acrobat software to access. The site lists journal articles and publications and provides booking information on the programme's workshops and courses.

There are no subscription fees for this scholarly journal which was first published in summer 2006. The editors include some eminent James scholars. The journal will be of interest to sociologists, philosophers, psychologists and scholars of literary studies and religion.
