The website features, news, details of trade exhibitions, and overviews of market statistics for individual European and selected non-European countries. The UKFEX website also provides access to a searchable digital version of the 124 page Food from Britain Buyer's Guide for 2009. UKFEX is part of UKFood, which provides a more general guide to local, regional, and national food producers.

It links to selected resources, including the Food Safety Pack, which was devised, written and produced by the Food Safety Team of Wyre Borough Council's Environmental Health Service Unit. This features downloadable individual chapters providing checklists, records and notes on cleaning, customer complaints, food safety, freezer temperatures, ilness exclusion, maintenance, pest control, stock control and training.
